Q:When do I receive item?

It depends on the country you live and shipping method you choose.
Please refer to the following shipping methods.

 SAL((Surface Air Lifted) with insurance and tracking)
1~2 weeks to Asia, 3 weeks to North America and Europe, 4 weeks to South America and Africa

 AIR (Air Freight with insurance and tracking)
5~7 days to Asia, 1 week to North America and Europe, 10 days to South America and Africa

 EMS(Fastest Air freight with full insurance and full tracking)
3 days to Asia, 5 days to North America and Europe, 5~7 days to South America and Africa)

Q:How much is the shipping cost?
It varies with the weight of the item and place you live.
You can choose shipping method in the process of purchase and the shipping cost calculated automatically.

Q:I don’t receive my item
If you didn’t get item over estimated period of each shipping methods, please contact us with tracking number we issued in advance.
We check the whole record.

Q:My item was broken
Please contact us with some necessary pictures of the broken items.
We check whole process and let you know the further necessary procedure.
We might ask you to take the item to nearest post office and write necessary form.

Q:Do I have to register when I purchase the item?

You can purchase the item even if you don’t register.

After you choose shipping method, we connect official PayPal website for your payment.
